Happy Chinese/Lunar New Year!!
The Crypto market has steadily recovered this week but is still down 50% from the all time high. The market can go both up or down so trade with caution.
Here are the quick updates for this week.
New Token Listing
This week on QRYPTOS, we listed ETN (Electroneum), GZE (Gaze Coin), and SNIP (Snip Coin).
This coming week, we plan to list ENJ token but things will be slow due to Chinese new year.
Also, we will list the Rock Token on Feb 26th, both on QRYPTOS and QUOINEX Global.

LIQUID / World book
No significant announcement on the LIQUID / World Book as we continue to test our ME/MMO (Multi-market order) in testing environment.
I am confident that we can deliver the backend upgrade end Feb / early March.
We are also working on the Front End revision.
Our target launch date for Version 1 is end Q1 or early Q2.
Customer Support
Our customer champion team is now up and running in the Philippines. With our team in Manila and Vietnam, we solved over 3,352 tickets this week. This was the first time we solved more tickets during the entire week than new tickets received (though there are significant backlog of unsolved tickets). It also helped that we started self PW reset this week. We will continue to improve and be better.

Yeah. I think writing down might have its advantages as well as disadvantages too.
When writing, you might not really get to pit down everything in the head.
But then in a video or an audio, u can get to say everything that comes to the mind.
But currently, I do more of writing cuz I'm not all that pretty to appear on a video. Lol.
