Oversell not ready to "ok" the pump!

Let’s see what Universal-Sequential-0.101 indicator says.
(1)qp Setup, (2)qp Countdown, and (3)qp COMBO
As you can see from the chart above, the last time weekly went green all the way to 13 by (2).
It’s all about that green line (oversell) — it must “ok” the pump.
The likelihood of the price suddenly shooting way up without the “ok” from the oversell line is… approaching zero.
