no but i think its always a good time to buy if the market is in a dip, so what if you dont get it at its all time low as long as you bought it lower then the time you bought before its a good buy. Like i bought a coin at all time highs because i thought its worth that so now thats its half off of course im going to buy more, its %50 off!
