Is BitPetite a scam?

It is said that you are able to invest cryptocurrency and earn an extremely high amount of ROI off of it. However, your money will be locked for a set amount of time (6-9 weeks) and every day, you earn around 4.5% interest. You are able to withdraw your interest at any point during this time. After the set amount of time has ended, you get your invested money back. There have been many theories, or should I say, cases, to the idea that this is a scam, which is most likely is.

Anyone have anything to add? Supporting or arguing against my case? I would love to hear what everyone thinks about it.
