Basta instalares a aplicação usando o meu link (ou depois colocando o código), e ficarás com credito de 40USD quando puderes pedir o cartão. Sendo que na Europa já foi anunciado que irá estar no pipeline the 2019, poderás contar com eles começarem a fazer shipping este ano... não sei bem em que quarter ainda.
Contudo a APP tem outras coisas fixes para além do cartão e os $40 USD (que julgo ficarem bloqueados por 30 dias até os puderes gastar). Por exemplo:

Quem fizer lock the MCO ao reservar o cartão poderá dependendo da quantia que fizer lock, dar mais cartões a outros...
O link também receberá (dependendo do montante de MCO locked) 15% no meu caso, das comissões dos referenciados em MCO.
Existe tambem um airdrop, para quem faz lock de MCO (que pelos vistos está a ser super lucrativo, até agora).

It does look identical, though. Have you checked? Maybe make something unique... It's hard... but it can be done.
