0.5% incentives for PAY and 1% Incentives for MCO is based on Smart contract. If I am not mistaken based on their white paper as long as you are holding the tokens in your own wallet Not an exchange wallet you will gain the incentives but until the value of transactions exceed billions you will not gain much out of this reward programmes which in my opinion needs long holdings and long-time vision of investment :)
