A while ago we started our PIVX Class YouTube channel, hosted by Pivian Fused_Helios.
The overall goal of the channel is to educate newcomers on cryptocurrency. The main feature series is called "PIVX Basics" and they are about everything you need to know to understand PIVX. It goes over the basics like how the blockchain works. The PIVX Basics series consist of 5 videos and they are in a playlist of their own in the PIVX Class YouTube channel, but we have them embedded right here in this post for your viewing and listening pleasure!
Blockchain - PIVX Basics - Episode 1
This video is about how digital money like PIVX or Bitcoin can be valued just like fiat currencies like the U.S. Dollar. It also goes over how these digital currencies secure themselves using the blockchain.
Proof Of Stake - PIVX Basics - Episode 2
This video is about who validates the blockchain and how you can be one of them. The model that PIVX uses is Proof Of Stake (PoS). Information here on Proof Of Stake can be loosely applied to other currencies that use the same model.
Zerocoin Protocol - PIVX Basics - Episode 3
This video is about privacy in cryptocurrency and how PIVX uses the Zerocoin Protocol to enhance this.
Why PIVX? - PIVX Basics - Episode 4
This video is about why Fused_Helios chose to support PIVX, hoping to convince you why PIVX can be a wonderful choice for you as well.
How To Buy PIVX - PIVX Basics - Episode 5
This last video is about how to get some of your first PIV. It concludes the PIVX Basics series.

I am already a member of Pivx discord. I plan to invest more into my pivx when I get some more spending money. I only have 110 pivx right now. I am really looking forward to the zpiv staking.
