What would you want to know if you had every Ethereum Transaction in a Relational Database to freely query?

If you had the entire Ethereum or Bitcoin blockchain in a relations database that you could query and aggregate information what would you want to know?

I am curious to hear the Steemit Communities Opinions for different areas that could be analyzed.

From Trading, Research, AML, ICO Transactions, Analytics and modeling.
