I've been obsessing over personal tokens as well. In my opinion, Ethereum doesn't seem to be a good fit especially when it comes to distribution, with its transaction fees and longer transaction times. Love what you're doing there, and I think Steem's Smart Media Tokens could prove to be a better solution. Protocol upgrade ain't out yet, but the paper is. I completely agree. SMT can replace with the word "bitcoin" in this video, and be much more relevant as far as something we could easily recommend that is coming soon.
I tell folks that SMT may fix many current problems with current ICOs, and centralized distribution, scams, etc. And that's important, because it could replace VC money for startups, and IPO style funding.
SMTs will be listed also on our website, and we are waiting for them.
