Ripple is creating WAVES in the Blockchain Ocean

I've been a huge Bitcoin Blockchain Evangelist and still am, but I've been rocked by the waves that Ripple is creating. It appears that Ripple just might become more decentralized than Bitcoin. (https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/ripple-unveils-strategy-become-decentralized-bitcoin/).

Over 75 Banks have adopted Ripple to help speed up and privatize it's transactions. (https://finance.yahoo.com/news/75-banks-now-ripples-blockchain-network-162939601.html)

But this doesn't mean that they are interested in XRP the currency generated by the company. (http://www.livebitcoinnews.com/dozens-banks-board-ripple-xrp/)

There is currently a huge buy wall on Kraken to the tune of 1.5M XRP at .22
