That is a very good point. Didn't think about that scenario yet. However, it also makes me wonder how many noobs know they will lose a btc coin if they leave it on the exchange.
We've seen the inverse happen when fiat withdraws were temporarily halted at some exchanges causing the price of BTC to go up and decouple from other exchanges.
