Binance Exchange adds Stratis(STRAT), Verge(XVG), Bitquence(BQX), SONM(SNM), SingularDTV(SNGLS) markets!! First time these coins enter Chinese markets! Great news for investors! ๐๐
Binance has just announced they will be adding several new cryptocurrencies to their exchange listing as a result from the community coin votes! While initially only one coin would be chosen, Binance apparantly saw potential in more of them. STRAT, XVG, BQX, SNM and SNGLS will all be added to the Binance Exchange trading platform.
This is great news for investors, as traditionally being added to Chinese exchanges is cause for a price rise. For the majority of these newly added coins it will be the first time ever that they are listed on a Chinese exchange. Despite the bearish market, this is very positive news for all coins involved and I am expecting a price increase to follow (its already happening it seems).
Binance has not announced specific dates for when each coin will be added, but they are looking to complete the process in the month of september.
As a holder of Stratis, I am very enthusiastic about this development!!

I wonder how these got picked...only one has been on my radar...I have to imagine some tit for tat somehow...
There was a poll done by Binance and people could vote on their favorite coin to be added. Stratis was the winner, but some others got a lot of votes too, so they decided to add all of the top picks instead of just one. Great news, as most of these coins were completely unavailable to the Chinese public.
Additionally, I don't think any of them are influenced by the recent regulatory crackdown in China! Perfect timing?

I certainly hope so! Things were looking good up to the recent bear market. With all the crypto's being regulated in China, perhaps investors will leave the ICO markets and flock to these newly added coins on China exchanges instead? Would be really great, Stratis is long overdue for a price hike as it's a great project.
Yeah, I've picked out the non-ICO coins I like and will be holding until the end of the year. There are a bunch of announcements coming this fall for a number of big coins.

Yes, the voting was a big success for Binance, it created a lot of publicity for them. I am also happy to see smaller coins like Bitquence among the additions.
