Classic Scam attempt through SLACK ! check out this very spurious myetherwalletaddress (DO NOT CLICK THE LINK)
I got this generic SCAM EMAIL
Luckily slack have closed Pat's account now but just check out how sneaky the email is below. It's non specific about an ether token, so if you had some ether tokens and thought, hang on I might lose out, you coud panic, lose your head and click it. The odd link was easily caught by my monkey eye (the one that can detect a wig a mile off) and the spurious nature of the email which could catch you out, especially if you had lots of ethertokens and you're aware how sometimes token contracts are amended post ICO, (as was the case with ethbits.)
The Dreaded Trap
The link takes you to an almost EXACT copy of myetherwallet.com and prompts you for your json store. myetherwallet does not do that. I opened it in a safe copy of chrome to get a screenshot. See below how sneaky and insidious it is. I hate these snakes.
STAY FROSTY !
WARNING (DO NOT CLICK THE PHISHING LINK IN THIS EMAIL COPY BELOW, IT'S ONLY SHOWN HERE FOR YOUR PROTECTION)

Important Notification from the ICO Security team
Please be advised that we had some problems with the Ethereum based Token smart contracts.
We decided that the best way to solve the problem is to fork the Smart Contracts.
It was a simple process and everything worked out without issues.
We implemented a seamless procedure to update the smart contract using an automatic process through MyEtherWallet services.
Please visit https://myethwallct.com/#view-wallet-info to unlock your wallet and follow the instructions on their website.
Failure to do so may result in loss of your tokens.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
