February, 2017 Update Notes

Another month has passed since our last update of Opporty. We are pleased to share with you more details in our newest update, which is a continuation of our previous update. Last time we had added a ground-breaking feature. Now, we have increased the number of companies available for search.

Claim Your Company
Your company may now be found in our database, and it will be much easier for you to claim that company instead of creating a new profile on our site. To do so, you can easily search all the companies in our database. Once you find your company, you can claim it in your Company Personal Account. To enable this function we have updated the Personal Account page.

Sign-In Page is Fixed
We received many complaints that there was something wrong with our Sign-In page. We have investigated and found the issue. Now you can access our services without encountering any bugs in the Login page.

SIC Categories
We have expanded our SIC categories to provide a broader representation of all industries, giving users a more detailed and successful search. Please note that we still support only US companies. Entering SIC codes from other countries will get you the wrong results.

Back-end Refactoring
Performance is always an important part of user satisfaction. To make it easier to use our site, we have added additional refactoring of back-end code. Although you will not see any changes, you will experience them with quicker load time and higher performance.

This update is the last of our performance-based updates. Next time we will fix issues reported by users, and we will add more features that you like.
