Arbitrage = Trading without Risk

Arbitrage in it's simplest explanation is simply buying low from one market then simultaneously selling higher on another market and in our terms of crypto-currencies, these markets would be our different exchanges offering the same coins or tokens at different prices. We then capitalize on the difference.

Now profits can range from very low numbers upwards of over 100% depending on the difference in the price of the token/coin you are looking at. For an easier study of the updates on prices of coins and tokens, I recommend using the website coinmarketcap.com which will show you all the necessary details in order for you to make your final decision. A few tips to successfully execute arbitrage trades:

1. Signup on both exchanges which you are going to use
2. Check withdrawals and deposits capabilities of the coins/tokens
3. Check on the volume available for sale and the bidders' prices
4. Calculate your profits after all fees are paid off (withdrawal fees, trade fees)
5. Take action and enjoy your profits then rinse and repeat as the opportunity is still there.
