[RUSSIA] The Ministry of Finance submitted a bill on cryptocurrency.

The main points of the bill:
Operators criptocurrency Exchange will be registered as a legal entity and to comply with the Federal laws "On securities market" and "On organized trading". Mining recognize entrepreneurial activities.
The smart contract will be considered as a contract in electronic form.
Cryptocurrency and token types recognized by the digital financial asset.
The organizers of the ICO will be required to disclose information on beneficiaries, data on persons engaged in Depository activities, the Issuer, the rights of the holders of the tokens and their implementation.
Unskilled investors will be allowed to purchase tokens, but not more than 50,000 rubles (less than $1000).
Exchange of crypto-currencies and tokens allowed in other crypto currencies, rubles and foreign currency, but only through the exchange, registered in Russia.
