I own a blog, where I can publish my articles and spread them to facebook and the other social networks. I have published an article here on this platform and now there a small number with a dollar symbol displayed.

Is this money, steamit... what is this crap? For what is this good ?

Can I use it for something else, that makes people free and autarky?
