KUcoin Exchange -- What is KUCoin Exchange?
KUcoin.com is a relatively new alt-coin trading platform that specializes in $NEO based tokens and has its own native coin the KCS - KuCoin Shares token - that returns 50% of all the transactional fees on the network to those who hold their KCS token on the exchange - more about their referral and rewards program.

XRB From Bitgrail to KUCoin in ~5 minutes
While testing some transfers from the Bitgail exchange to the KUcoin exchange, I was able to achieve a ~5 minute transfer of XRB to KUcoin. RaiBlocks (XRB), has a very quick transnation clearing time which makes it possible to play arbitraige across alt-coin exchanges! RaiBlock's Whitepaper has more information about the technology and some of the doors it opens when integrated into other crypto-ecosystems.

This is interesting, I also transferred my XRB from Bitgrail to Kucoin - transaction still pending after 7 hours. Raiblocks.net shows as pending to deposit balance. I was under the imression (from various Reddit posts) that there was an issue with the Kucoin XRB wallets but I can now I have no idea what's going on! Any ideas?
Any change since? It could take a bit longer for your first one to go through. I know my first one took a bit longer.
