INTRODUCTION

The success of any venture, project, or establishment regardless of its nature is highly dependent on the individuals that constitute the team behind the venture; their expertise, zeal, and dedication. Top Network has been developed by a team with a passion for success, unimaginable drive, and expertise that is unrivaled. Personally, in my period of reviewing cryptocurrency projects, this is the first time of coming across a project with a team member who is a member of the high IQ society; Mensa. The prominent Yale is duly represented and each member of the team is a unique asset that brings immense value to not just the team, TOP Network, the global blockchain space but also the lives of everyone in the global community.

STEVE WEI: The founder of Top Network and a seasoned entrepreneur, Steve Wei is also the Chief Product Officer. Mr. Wei founded Cenwave, a tech firm which offered distance learning solutions and video conferencing software in 2004 after working for WebEx and contributing immensely to its technical growth. Cenwave was later acquired by Huawei, one of the leading global information and communications technology (ICT) solutions provider in the world. Steve is also the founder of Dingtone a tech firm which already has working multiple working applications.

NOAH WANG: The Chief Marketing Officer and BD of Top Network, Mr. Wang has his MBA from the prestigious Yale. He is also a member of the renowned high intelligence quotient (IQ) society MENSA, with experience in managerial positions for top firms like PriceWaterhouse Coopers (PwC) and ICBC. He is also the United States Regional Head of Starr Strategic Holdings and he brings a wealth of marketing and managerial experience to Top Network. He is also a chartered member of HYSTA and CKGSB YEB.

KELVEN YANG: The Chief Architect of Top Network and one of the founding employees of WebEx, Mr. Yang is also the Chief Architect of WebEx and one of the co-founders of Dingtone. He was also the core research and development (R&D) team member of cloud.com.

PETER WEI: As the Leader of Engineers at Top Network it is only normal for his track record to testify to his competence and expertise. Mr. Wei is an expert at network security and has thirty-three(33) patents. Also one of the earliest employees of WebEx, he is the director of research and development (R&D) at Fortinet and a technology architect in TrendMicro.

TAYLOR WEI: One of the co-founders of Dingtone, the Top Network Leader of Platform is a cryptography and secure communications expert. He is also the mobile development manager at WebEx.

It is important to note that the team has already been working together since 2012 and have together developed working applications– Dingtone; a decentralized messaging application, SkyVPN; a decentralized virtual private network, and CoverMe; a secure messaging application with end to end encryption. These applications have a total combined user base of over fifty million users.

CONCLUSION
One very important factor in the success of any project, both centralized and decentralized, are the partners of the project and its investors.
