Why is this important?

Thousands of users have suffered consequences of the actions or inactions of the exchanges where they have put their money and trust, the examples are many, MTGOX, Cryptsy, Bigrail, Coincheck and Bitfinex and even if the money (or a portion) was returned, the drama, the headaches, the consequences and of course the lessons were there.

4. RISK DISCLOSURES; ASSUMPTION OF RISKS;

• Bittrex may suspend or cease to support the transfer, storage or trading of any Token at any time at Bittrex’s discretion.

• Bittrex may suspend or reject your transaction requests, suspend or cease support for Tokens, or suspend or terminate your access to the Services to comply with applicable laws or regulations .....

• You may be unable to withdraw Tokens prior to Bittrex ceasing to support the transfer of any such Tokens, resulting in the loss of any such Tokens remaining in your Bittrex Account.

8.1. CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

Bittrex may, at any time and in its sole discretion, refuse any transfer request, Order or other transaction request submitted via the Services, impose limits on the amounts of transfers or Trades that can be completed on a daily or other periodic basis or impose any other conditions or restrictions upon your use of the Services, without prior notice.

Conclusions?

Once you send your money to someone, that's not your money anymore, think deeply about this and you will understand. The rest are just numbers on the screen.

As you just read, Bittrex is telling you they can do anything they want, without any prior notice and with no liability to you.
