Currently the record keeping of individual statistics is disjointed and a bit shabby due to the distributed storage silos that have to be maintained by each individual enterprise. The problem with such centralized organization are the common criticisms especially manipulation and the hampered mobility of transferrig that information from one person to the next. The bureaucratic storage of such information is what makes it difficult to obtain that information on demand, and also what makes such information particularly prone to censorship.
