BBR used to be very innovative and the original dev (Crypto Zoidberg) is very talented (however he is a bit maverick). No real development has happened for best part of two years. So it's probably quite a bit behind Monero now.

The coin seems to be in the midst of a semi- hostile takeover. It could be the beginning of a revival, particularly if Crypto Zoidberg remains on board. Equally it could be the tail end of a pump... there was heavy accumulation at 6k- 8k sat.

Trading wise - BBR can be super slow to trade with periods of super volatility , so not for the faint hearted!
