As you said @Nick, CBOE's proposal was unlikely to correct in time the issues raised in the SEC's recent comments on another ETF application.

Also, it is nice to see that MetaMask keeps improving. Does it mean that some dapps will not work for users of MetaMask? (Sorry if it is a silly question :)

    Yup, some dapps are going to break in November. However if the developer still cares about the dapp, it will be easy to fix.
