Kucoin

As of right now, Kucoin is the only exchange that I have been able to get registered at. Was able to transfer my Ether there from Coinbase without a hitch. User interface looks nice and site works well so far. They give you a bonus if you store your money on their exchange in the form of KCS, which is pretty neat. I'm waiting for Bittrex to start accepting new people again, but for now Kucoin will satisfy my crypto itch.
