First of all great article about the result of two studies about DLT and the scaling problem. When you fix the problem of scaling you will sacrifice another component. A lot of projects and papers claimed to fixed scaling but sacrifice the component decentralisation. What is your view?
Scaling with a partial decentralization is possible.
Nevertheless, we didn't find yet a large scaling techno/coin with large decentralization.
Some people say it will never be possible. I honestly don't know.
