Nexo Support for the Binance Chain Mainnet Launch and $BNB Swap Information
A lot of people have been wondering how the Binance Chain Mainnet Launch will effect Nexo BNB coins used as collateral with Nexo's service.
Per Nexo's online-chat support:
Binance will support BNB ERC-20 deposits after the swap on the 23rd of April, and they still haven’t announced when it will be discontinued. Upon withdrawal from your Binance account, the tokens will be converted automatically into BNB BEP2. Therefore please make sure that you are sending BNB ERC-20 tokens to your Nexo wallet/account as currently, we will support only this type of BNB. At the moment there is no need to withdraw your BNB ERC-20 tokens from your Nexo account and send them to Binance for conversion into BEP2. That can be done at a later stage. TL;DR and Important take-away, users do not need to take any immediate action. ONLY SEND "BNB ERC-20 tokens to your Nexo wallet/account as currently, we will support only this type of BNB"

So, don't expect BNB BEP2 support soon? It's kind of the reason not to use Nexo for me :(
