Wow. This is heavy. I'm sorry to hear that the exchange messed up so majorly. I saw a place called robinhood.com starting a decentralized exchange. I haven't had much satisfaction with any exchanges. @ jerrybanfield is also looking for someone to work with a monetary exchange of Steem for US dollar. Maybe the day for decentralized exchanges will come.
