Want to Invest in an Inexpensive Coin with an Incredibly Bright Future?

in #cryptocurrency8 years ago

This coin has been around since 2014. After the pop that most coins had last May, it has spent most of the following months in the 1 to 2 cent range. But in mid-October, that range was done with. IBM announced they were currently using Stellar Lumens (XLM) with a network of banks to transfer funds across borders in the South Pacific region. Lumens shot up to over 6 cents and eventually settled into a 2.5 to 3 cent range for a short period of time. Since then, the price has been making steady progress and is currently hitting highs about 9 cents.

In mid-November during the Fintech Festival, Stellar announced a Lumens ATM. Much of the details or plans for the ATM have not been revealed. My SPECULATION is that if Stellar is working with IBM, a network of banks in multiple countries and an ATM machine supporting Lumens, there will eventually be ATM’s deployed in some if not all those countries. This will give companies like Western Union a run for their money.

Stellar is also targeting developing countries such as Africa and currently has partnerships with institutions in Nigeria. So, they are not limiting themselves to the South Pacific region. I BELIEVE the future is looking excellent for Stellar and this could be a very inexpensive long-term hold that could pay off big.

Disclaimer: I am a holder of XLM. This is not a recommendation to buy or sell XLM. Just my humble opinion. Please do your own research before investing. This post has been re-branded.

Best of luck and good fortune to you!

I got to admit, I been scared to pull the trigger on this one. I prefer XLM over XRP, but they are direct competitors. I would like to see who will emerge as victorious.
However, it might be best to take a position into both and see who will win? Then reap the benefits!

I know what you mean. And there may be more competition to come. This technology is just starting to be utilized, honed and perfected. I have positions in both because I don't know which one will be a better choice.

Ripple seems to be focusing on Europe/U.S. and big bank to bank transfers. Stellar seems to be focusing on the South Pacific and Africa with smaller transactions.

I look at it this situation this way... There are a lot of banks out there. All doing pretty much the same thing. Yet if they are well run, their stock appreciates, even with a lot of competition.

With predictions that 90% of all coins will fail at some point in the future. I don't think it's a bad idea to hedge your bets on multiple coins. Even if they are in the same space. JHHO

Best of luck and thank you so much for the reply!
