CrowdBridge is now up and running and we are awaiting a few changes before we start working with the network in any capacity.
We were told by the owner of CrowdBridge that this was going to be an open source project. This seems not to be the case right now and we are in discussion with the owner about this. As it looks right now they plan to build this on a private blockchain.
Personally, I do not feel there should be any issues with this but from a marketing standpoint (at this early stage in blockchain history) this could cause a negative reaction. In the coming years, we will see more and more private blockchain projects come to market though. Today these projects are few and still frowned upon by those newly introduced into decentralized blockchain environment.
We continue the discussion with the owner about this and we try to give our view on what we believe is best to market this.
