The amount of manufactured waste is growing every year. Most of the waste products all over the world is not recycling, but stored, buried or burned, polluting the atmosphere every year more and more. But the number of people around the world is only growing. Together with it, the demand for products is growing. If not to begin to restore the state of agricultural land now, then in 60 years on such lands nothing will be possible to grow and the planet is hungry.
Organicco proposed to combine these two problems and create industries that would be able to recycle organic waste into inorganic fertilizers for the improving the quality of agricultural land.
The second solution that Organicco plans to offer is the creation of a simple, efficient easiPayer payment system that would allow payments all over the world, including payments of fertilizers, using tokens as a means of escrow.
Interstate calculations for fertilizers require complicated legal support, the availability of a letter of credit, insurance. These procedures are not available to everyone, and they require a lot of money, both monetary and temporary.
The means of securing obligations in the new payment system will be the token - easiPayer, which will be provided with real fiat money.
It is a security token. Now the company receives permission from the Securities and Exchange Commission of the USA (SEC) to trade tokens in the US and FINMA (Switzerland) for work on the territory of the European Union.
5 million of these tokens will be sold with a guarantee of 100% retention of fixed capital, the remaining tokens will be sold with a 25% guarantee of capital preservation.
Now there is the ICO. Soft cap - 3.5 million pounds. Hard cap - 35 million pounds. A pilot project for the processing of chicken manure in fertilizer has already been launched.
