When do you think the market will be back?

I just watched this video on youtube from one of my sources that I trust very much. He says that the FUD and all the negative media is partly what caused this crash. That along with the Lunar New Year. He said many people over in Asia had taken out there positions in order to celebrate. He also mentions that after the Lunar New Year the tax season comes into play. Many people will be getting cash back from their taxes and there are no major holidays coming up after this so many people should be buying back in and investing. He said the bull run is going to happen soon. Keeping my fingers crossed. When do you think the market will rise? How long do you plan on holding?
