Cryptocurrency Ups and Downs

Happy new year guys!
Been a while since i posted on cryptocurrency.
5 months ago i introduced and squeezed myself into this faster changing cryptocurrency world. I had to yow i had to :-)
Didn't want to miss out on this life changing opportunity and right now my friends,i'd be proud to say i'm a "potential" millionaire. When i was just getting farmiliar with digital currency, 1 bitcoin was at 2.5- 3k dollars and a few months later it jumps to 15k and still is increasing in price. Thats what i call magic bro...simply cool.
Other altcoins have increased in price too.
Well... If asked how my experience being in crypto has been for me so far, I would say its been an awesome great educative addictive mindblowing mesmerising eyeopening wonderful and on top of it all adventurous experience. I got to learn about alot of stuff from different types of crypto-currencies,crypto-technologies, crypto-algorithms (from SHA-256,Scrypt,Neo-scryt,list is endless),talk of crypto-mining(POW),crypto-staking(PoSv),crypto-minting,crypto-trading,crypto-exchanges,crypto-faucets and a whole lot of crypto-stuff.
I became addicted to this tech to the point i wanted to invent and create my own crypto-coin; Maxcoin or even Mcoin or Xamcoin :-D.... talk of crpto-inspiration :-)
i know there's many of you dreamers like me it's actually good to dream.Don't y'all dream and hope that someday crytocurrency is gonna turn you into the world's richest crypto-millionare/billionare? Thought so...I also realised i can't say a word or a sentence without putting the word "crypto" in it...OMG!! I feel like a crypto-genius right now.
There's a couple of issues that should be addressed and improved in some of these digital currency networks though. There's a larger list but i only have a few:

★High Network Transaction/Transfer Fees:
When one wants to transfer or withdraw funds from a wallet to exchange or viceversa, you are charged huge amounts of fees to transfer these funds; probably even half of the amount of coins you want to transfer. Personaly i think it's a little unfair and these transaction fees should be reduced to reasonable affordable amounts.

★Pending and Unconfirmed transactions:
This is mainly for crytocurrencies with high number of users more so Bitcoin.I think for this technology to be fully adopted worldwide ,there should be a way to help reduce the time required to confirm transactions.There should be smooth and fast flow of currency transactions to avoid inconviniences.

★High maintanance fees:
This mainly applies to cloud-mining sites and mining pools. Maintance fees should be reduced to also allow the customers in these companies profit. Thats the only way both the customers and the companies will be happy.Otherwise most of the profit or rather all the profit goes to these companies.

★Scamming and fake crypto-coins
There should be a way to regulate these many upcoming crypto-sites and ico's since quite a number of people have lost lots of money by investing in fake scam sites and buying fake scam coins. At times its hard to distinct between a legit and a fake site not unless you are refered to by someone you trust or researched enough.
Am sure some of y'all who have experienced these challenges will agree with me. It's hard to deny that a few improvements are needed for the best crypto-experience.
All the same if there's anybody reading this and they are new to cryptocurrency and the blockchain technology, I'd love to welcome them to this interesting innovative world of digital treasures. I'd also like to remind you to tighten up your seat belts cause we headed to the moon and we might even end up in the galaxies.
