Is mining profitable?

I am small cryptocurrency miner. I started at august in 2017 when I build my first mining rig.
I invested 2200 eur to build my rig with 5 MSI GTX 1060 6 gb graphic cards which have 122 MH/s of ETH mining hashrate.
The rig is paid for it self and now bringing the profits for me!
Till January of 2018 I have mined 4.4 ETH when I sold them for 900 euro per ETH bringing to me total 3960 euro.
I paid for eletricity around 50 euro per month total 300 euro.
My total profit is 1460 euro + I have working rig and my rig price is risen.

What is my next plan!

My next plan is to expand my mining operation.
I did bought a used mining rig with 6 RX 470 4gb for 2100 euro.
This rig have 162 MH/s mining hashrate.
I will put this rig for ETH mining because AMD graphic cards are better for ETH but NVIDIA is better for Zcash.

What have I learned so far?

One thing I have learned, that the most profitable mining is when price for crypto is low, because you will get more crypto as difficulty of mining have been decreasing.

Second thing is that the more profitable will be mining small cap coin for which have big potential to x10 or more.

I have found one coin like that. I will tell about it more in the next post!
