Very very interesting and exciting. The questions I have are: Are there any CONS at all? It looks like it would be impossible to fail. For instance, what might be reasons they do not meet their ICO goal? And how did they derive their goal? And with so many definitions for the token (which I like as both a user and a business, btw) will tokens received at ICO still just be assets or can they be considered currency? As a US citizen, this is important to know.
I dont see any reason why they wont hit their fund raising goal. In terms of regulation, because the company isn't giving themselves any coins I wonder if that helps them legally.
