I used to watch the truly legendary Bix Weir with religious fervor but (without either malice or arrogance) his current analyses are not as deep & encompassing as your own - indeed, having performed my own due diligence, not even as robust as my own !!!

I think paying people for reporting bugs is a great idea! I am glad cryptos are being adopted around the world. Not looking forward to the regulations that may be coming and the ETF trading on cryptos and ICOs. It will be interesting to see the developments with the Russian bank deal.
I have a feeling cryptos are going to end up bringing people together all around the world. You already see average people from countries that are not on friendly terms do to politics treating each other with excitement and friendship. It seems the citizens don't share their government views all the time. It almost seems like these governments are getting involved just to keep the people of the world divided. Kind of reminds me of the politics in the US were I live and the division that has been created..lol

STOPWhatever Russia does, USA won't do. So with Vitalik / Ethereum onboard with some Russian counterpart (even if it's NGO or orphanage), USA-govt would be agitated, likely scrutinize anything Ethereum. So that's even better for us.
