The big problem I have with big government's big regulation is that rarely do I see it work effectively with the biggest criminals in the securities/exchange world. So it is hard for me to trust that it will this time either, or that it is even meant to.
Each country has different rules for different groups of people, Each country is in the process of placing regulation on crypto, Yet, the rules of blockchain apply equally to everyone.
