Anyone can.. anyone with proper business strategy, can attract investors for ICO's.. you can too. If you have a plan.
No plan, but if it is like the internet bubble where everything is going up, then everyone can be rich.

Starting a business is simply not easy. Companies have fight and go through the darkest times to get there.
