Introducing Productivist
Productivist wants to create new standards for any manufacturing technology. Thanks to Blockchain technology, we will be able to build an open system that will manage the manufacturing chain of command 4.0 by decentralizing production: a long-distance and effective solution for producers and their clients with secure data and transactions but also transparency:
DIGITAL
Transfer files with technical information. For example, the .stl file is a list of the coordinates provided by the slicer (stereolithography software) or Gcode. With such files we can guarantee the authorship, preservation, and purpose of this file when it travels through blockchain.
HARDWARE
Connecting manufacturing machines to our blockchain makes it "smart" and allows real-time production monitoring: from secure file transfers (without human intervention) to monitor production until validation at the end of the manufacturing process.
LOGISTICS
By connecting all these machines to our trusted network, we can detect the availability of production time and send instructions to available machines. In addition, by using Real-time monitoring, the actual production level we can balance the effort between machines and prepare real solutions for production schedules.
Tool To Connect Everything
To develop connectivity for all hardware, we created a smart device that allows any machine or system to connect to the Blockchain Productivist Project.
Connecting a manufacturing machine to a blockchain Productivist will benefit the owner. Not only does it have remote access to its production schedule, but if "commercial mode" is enabled, it will be possible, to send production instructions directly to the machine and fill in the void of production time without interference.
