The Importance of Cryptocurrency Market Cap

In this video I go over the importance of market capitalization when it comes to seeing if a cryptocurrency is considered cheap or expensive. It is not the price of a cryptocurrency that is important, rather than the price/token multiplied by the circulating supply of tokens. Market cap is great to use when comparing crypto to crypto. Lower market cap doesn't necessarily mean a token is cheap. With larger market cap coins, they are more likely to be more stable/less risky (ha I know less risky in crypto is kind of an oxymoron).

Thanks for your view. It is pleasant to read and watch a person who is trying to pay attention of of cryptoinvestor to basic assets valuation approach. Currently the crowd is buying mainly the most hyped assets. However, IMHO The Best way and the most reliable one - find the gems (fundamentally strong projects which have strong team, a product in the mind to solve an important issue with high utility value). Ideally, it should have a reasonably deep moat vs. competitors. This is the recipie for success!
