Is Bitcoin Loosing Its Dominance?

The market in red today and Bitcoin came down even to 10k for a few hours and currently 97% of 100 top coins are in red. but if you take a closer look at them you see some of the stronger altcoin didint lose as much as bitcoin did. Its price came back to 12k area like it was in early December. so altcoins should comeback to that area too or even less but it has not happened until now. Why?
I think some people invested on the new technologies in altcoins like Cardano which is the 3rd generation of cryptocurrencies or Lisk due its re-branding in Feb or even IOTA and EOS and they see the big picture and hope these new coins can be serious competitors to Bitcoin.
From other hand some new comers dont understand why something like Bitcoin which is slow most of the times and has high transaction fees is the king of the market so they easily buy coins like Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash or even Ripple that are faster with lower fees.
When bitcoin passed 10k it draw lots of attention but at the same time lots of questions. for example if someone ask you if Bitcoin is better than Cardano from the technological aspect you will definitely say No Cardano is the 3rd generation no comparison and he asks again so why is it more expensive? you probably say cause its the first one and the most famous one even my 70 years old uncle knows it!
Let me give you another example in technology world you all remember when Nokia was the most popular cell phone in the market right? and it was very famous so what happened? where is it now? the answer is simple Nokia didn't evolve with time and Apple and Samsung brought something new and better to the market and took it to the next level so now some people don't even know Nokia! I'm not going to tell that the same thing is going to happen to Bitcoin but I think Its loosing its dominance in the market and that's a good thing in my opinion cause there will be more room for the brilliant projects like Cardano (ADA), EOS, IOTA and Lisk to grow and Bitcoin is not going to loose its value and will go up for sure but it will be less effective on others I hope.
