Did I misunderstand you or do you think there are people going to have problems with Russian people joining us? If so, then why?
Besides that, take a look around about who actually developed the crypto world. Vitalik Buterin, the creator of Ethereum? Russians are involved in a lot of ICO's and crypto projects in general. It's not like you are the one to hold the door open for them.
They are planning to set up national backed crypto exchanges. This is something positive. Why would they tell how much to exchange? Why always that hidden fascism. If any other country did that, nobody would comment it that way.
They are actually involving crypto currencies in their economy, which is not even close to be the strongest, but the first one to do so. There is absolutely nothing bad about it. We should rather be thankful for their move.
