In this video, I wanted to share what my #1 financial goal is for 2018.
You can pretty much sum it up in two words - diversified portfolio!

During the fall I had 1/3 crypto 1/3 stocks (most in a ROTH IRA) and 1/3 invested in a house that was being constructed. I was lucky with the house because my father is a builder and I was able to invest a measly 5% of the total cost. I made 17% off of the house in 6 months time. I bought this dip with the profits from the house but still have my original investment in the bank. I will invest that in another house this spring.
Precious metals seem to be the only investment assets that aren't overvalued at the moment. I also think there's gonna be a stock market downturn over the next year, and gold is gonna do well. I wouldn't wanna hold gold for the long term as it doesn't pay any dividends, but it's looking good into the medium term. Right now I'm trying to move out of stocks and to increase my holdings in crypto and gold.

It is very crisis moment of this year .But i hope the rate of currency will increasing after few month later.But ETC is not decreasing like BTC
Invested mostly in EOS in the future which means ive bet against your portfolio. Feel Ethereum is like Netscape or Internet Explorer. Time will tell!
Hoping to divest sometime in the future into real estate. But waiting for cryptos to be trusted enough by banking institutions before i attempt to pay for a place in cash. This might take many years but i think it will slowly happen. In the meantime ive made mistakes selling huge quantities of coins on things like rent and bills forcthe year, when i would have paid a small fraction if i jyst paid things frugally month to month. So my goal this year is to pay and live cheap as can be month to month asvive been unemployed for over a year now and cryptos pay for everything. MeAnwhile everyone tells me to sell andcthat im a bibble bit i never listen. It gets frustrating but its a waiting game for me, asvi believe the turtle will win the race

2017 was all about diversification for me but in 2018 I'm kind of just building up my Bitcoin, Litecoin, and Ethereum stock as these will have the biggest returns imo.
