Top 10 Cryptocurrency Market Cap Ranking History (2013 - 2019)

Cryptocurrency top 10 by market cap. Data from 2013 till now.

After analyzing the data I made some conclusions.
-Bitcoin is king.
– Cryptocurrency index funds that invest in either top 10 or top 20 cryptos at the time are a really bad idea. There are only a few cryptos that are constantly in the top 10 Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, and Litecoin, everything else just comes and goes. I would also mention Monero, it rarely is top 10, but it’s always close and very high up there.
– Lower than top 3 there’s no market. A new project can jump in and in a day get to top 10. Nowadays, it’s changing a bit as these cryptos like Tether, BNB are growing bigger and probably are going to stay somewhere around here.
– Right now top 3 cryptos have 81% of the market share.
