CPU Webminer Update (2FA, Coin Distribution and email auth update)

Been tweaking the site over the past day or so to finish 2fa.

2FA is now complete on profile changes and also on the final stage of password resets.

Email authentication is now working on signup. i have not yet enabled it so the confirmation is required to signin but will be adding that later.

Old users will also get an email as soon as they login as they missed the email confirmation process i just wrote on signup

The email authentication process was giving me a right nightmare so i replaced the entire mail module with a much better one. also added a new box for where it will show a users confirmed balance and late last night was working to get this operational. ill be importing the document i saved from the first payouts before i went live soon. then ill be working on the withdrawel process

Soon ill be adding a game that users can play whilst they mine. i managed to get this integrated a few days ago.
