BitBlocks - Additional Bot Feature (Storms)

Hi Guys,

Sharing with you my latest addition to the BitBlocks tip bot detailed in my prior post https://steemit.com/cryptocurrency/@lexicon/bitblocks-tip-bot

This latest change includes the feature i call storm, this feature allows users to type a command and amount of coin which is then reserved into a pot.

This pot will keep all the funds until the amount in the pot hits greater than the threshold. once the threshold is hit the bot will rain all the funds in that wallet to all online users in that channel

I have also included a command so users can check the balance currently in storm. and also modified the rain feature to add this wallet as an additional user.

This means as people rain the pot will fill up the only difference will be that the rain feature will not trigger the storm to release funds. a user will need to storm funds separately to trigger the release of funds once the threshold has been reached.
