NEO Monday - Week 8
I was sitting around last night thinking that I should just buy my NEO a day early because I felt that there could be a big price spike today. I was right but I didn't pull the trigger and buy early. DOH! Oh well, NEO is still my best performing project and I'm hoping we see a strong week out of the coin. No guarantees but my thinking for the price jump today was that I expected more trading out of China and NEO is a Chinese coin. Seemed to make sense to me and seems like that is what is happening so far.
We bought 0.31 NEO @ $132.19 today. We now own 4 NEO and I should probably remember to start collecting my GAS. It's only a few cents everyday but that will start to add up over the course of the year. I will need to start tracking our stack of GAS soon.

Even with the big jump today, we are still a bit lower than last week. Still my only coin in profit right now. It will be interesting to see if NEO's strong start to the year, compared to my other projects, helps or harms us in the long run. We've got 10 more months of this project (doesn't mean I will sell NEO then) and a lot will change in that period of time.

Do a bit of research before sending your Neo to your Neon wallet from the exchanges... you can only hold integer amounts of Neo in your Neon wallet, so make sure when you transfer off the exchanges, you transfer an integer amount (taking in to account any fee's...). Start earning your Neo Gas that you deserve! :) Thanks for the post, I love to hear about anyone's view on Neo, as i'm a big fan myself.
Binance pays GAS so right now I'm buying on Binance until I have enough to send over to the wallet. I have most of my NEO in the wallet.
Binance is definitely winning when it comes to some of their wallets... last time i checked, Bittrex had their Neo wallet under development, which meant you couldn't withdraw your Neo, which meant losing out on earning GAS.
That was very annoying when I was first trying to get my NEO off of their exchange.
Tell me about it! It got to the point that i could wait no longer for Bittrex to sort themselves out, so, I exchanged my Neo back to something i could then send across to Binance, re-bought my Neo, then transferred it to my Neon wallet!!! :s
Binance also has 0 withdrawal fees for Neo and Gas which is amazing!
Yes, the zero withdrawal fee for Neo is awesome! I couldn't quite believe it the first time i withdrew Neo off Binance. Thanks for making that point.

The original number I heard was 1 GAS per NEO every 22 years. So not a ton. But It's still a bit extra income over the course of a year. Especially if we get a nice stack built up.
