I've been been asked that one a few times Lena ;) It's actually no more trouble than chatting to a friend whilst driving - and you do that all the time right? That's the way I see the camera. Like casually talking to an old friend. There is no above normal danger to be honest. And remember, the conversation is only one way unlike a mobile phone which is two way. Then things get complicated and concentration slips quickly!
