Why BTC will BOOM in 2018 after Bitcoin ETF being postpone!

The value of BTC got a sudden drop in price for ETF postponed. The ETF date is postponed to 30th September from the date 10th August. As a result of this the price of BTC dropped 600-700$.
• Is it a big reason for the drop of sudden value in BTC?
We all know that it may happen . So we shouldn't do much panic for this. Short time investors may get a sudden loss but long time investors should hold there BTC because there maybe a big bullrun in BTC price till the year end.
