Musk Gives Nod to Bitcoin/Ethereum/Blockchain
In the past, Elon has been cryptic on crypto but in a recent interview with ARK, he expressed that he believes that cryptocurrencies will help consumers and businesses manage around currency controls, that "paper money is going away, and [that] crypto could be a far better way to transfer value than pieces of paper." As for blockchain, he said "I think the Bitcoin structure is quite brilliant. It seems like there's some merit to Ethereum as well, and maybe some of the others."
However, that doesn't mean no government currency. There will probably always be a dollar similar to how tether functions. Because that's how we can all easily use debt to "expand" economies.
