Now as we see the market rise and fall, it behooves us not to panic, but to maintain the faith that our intuitions are correct. The Blockchain is the new way of business and the economies of the future.

One specific business, set to take over invoice factoring for small businesses (maybe even larger scale at some point), is this Populous Platform. But to me that is not the exciting part... that is the possibility to rent put the PPT for a passive income!

Real Estate Assets

I used to own and manager both commercial and residential buildings, which at the time were great assets. Not only was there appreciating property values, great tax incentives and of course a positive cash flow... it began to get more and more difficult as well as more and more like a job... many hours with inadequate pay for time involved.

The commercials had one set of challenges, the residential another set... so over time the decision to exit the market became clearer and to be honest, an easier decision.

New Model

But now with the advent of cryptos and all the new ways of creating, funding, operating businesses, all with the old needs such as capital and credit lines, I see a new "Real" Estate Market. This time the property is money itself, or the keys to that capital.

Now Populous is not the only crypto that has or will have this function (in my opinion, making it a better investment than other coins or tokens that do not have this rental option)... there is Veritaseum and others that will also fit this new model.

Future Growth

I see this new option will drive tokens like Populous and Veritaseum, higher in price as well as worth in use. It now appears others may see this as well.

Pensions and Social Security type programs will fade, plan now to supplement them with new supplements for yourself.
